The area is quiet and private, and our cabin was clean, well organized, and seemed new in summer 2024. Tad communicated really well. We stayed in cabin number one. Sorry, my photos were taken after we moved in, so they’re a little messy. The kitchen had pretty much everything, including settings for six, pots, pans, bowls, knives, a can opener, full oven, large fridge, coffee pot with K-cups, dishwasher, strainers, toaster, paper towels, napkins, salt and pepper, cookie sheet, and large and small casseroles. The sink is small, which made washing big items hard. That was my only negative. There’s a small kitchen table with bench seating for four and two folding chairs. The beds included a nice futon, soft double bed, overstuffed pillows, and very nice bedding. The AC seemed like a new split-unit installation, with separate temperature controls in the front room and bedroom. Outside, there’s seating for two on the west-facing front porch and four on the east-facing rear patio. The propane grill was clean and neat, with BBQ utensils, and the cabin shaded the patio in the afternoon. The bathroom was clean and new, with nice towels, shampoo, and body wash. There were two TVs, board games, and a fake fireplace. Parking was one standard-sized concrete spot. Our unit wasn’t accessible, but unit 3 looked like it might be. Bryce is about 20 minutes away and Kodacrome about 10, and I’d spend half a day at Kodacrome. There may be other grocery options, but Bryce has a General store with a small grocery section. Gas was about a buck more than elsewhere, unless you live in California. If you find this place available, grab it quickly. We came from St. Louis Missouri, and our neighbors in units 3 & and 4 were from France and Switzerland.

One of the best places we stayed during our trip through the west of America. It’s clean, made with care, and has a lovely view. Having a cold beer and steaks on the grill was perfect, and there’s your own grill behind the cabin. The owners were easy to communicate with, and I’d definitely come back. Greetings from a cold Austrian winter.

These cabins are lovely and very new, with good furnishings and lots of attention to the extra details. We especially liked the little seating area behind ours. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

A very clean, nicely stocked place, with a lovely patio and a view. Really nice.

The lodge was my favorite place of all the four- and five-star hotels we stayed in, after spending two nights in Las Vegas and then several days visiting the canyons. It was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen full of useful things and a spacious bathroom and bedroom. I wished we could stay for many days. Ted was kind and recommended good nearby places for dinner and breakfast when I asked. We went, and both meals were delicious. Outside the lodge there was a barbecue set and chairs. In the morning I made hot coffee, wrapped myself in a blanket, and watched the sunrise outside. It was such a beautiful view that I thought, “I’m so glad we came.” It has a warm, comfortable calm that’s different from a gorgeous, expensive hotel, and I could really relax during the trip. I was especially happy to find a bathtub, as a Japanese traveler. If you stay here, I hope you take time to watch the sunset or sunrise from the lodge.
