The hot tub was just what I needed on my first night after a long day. I was in town as an artist for a talk and workshop at St. Lawrence university, and the hotel was literally next door, which helped with my anxiety. There was also a business office where I could finish writing and print my talk. Thanks to Brittany, the staff member who was kind and helped put me at ease.

The weather was rough after a recent snowstorm, and the front desk staff kindly suggested several cab companies. Hightower was especially helpful. The team went out of their way for me, and I enjoyed the satisfying food at the restaurant. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and had a great time here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I slept really well. There's a nice pool and workout room, plus a fun, convenient restaurant and bar. It's centrally located in Canton.

The hotel is older and the rooms are small, almost cramped. The bar was great, with strong drinks and good appetizers. Breakfast was another story. Service was nearly nonexistent, and after 25 minutes the waitress told us our order had been lost, so we went across the street for something quicker. The hotel did what we needed for two nights, but that's enough. There are other options in town.

A huge storm hit, and the staff took us in and made room for us. They were amazing. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, and the bar was good for both drinks and food.
