Fairfield Inn & Suites Canton South

We stayed from Sunday through Wednesday, and housekeeping never came by. We ended up taking out our own trash, and neither the beds nor towels were taken care of. At checkout, I asked about it and was told rooms are serviced every fourth day. I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t tidy rooms daily. The refrigerator also had to be turned on every two hours.

My sister and I were in town because my brother was passing from cancer, and the staff gave us a basket of food items with a very heartfelt card. Everyone was wonderful and thoughtful, especially the front desk team, who went out of their way to help us. I wish I’d written down the names of a couple of people so I could give them a shout out. My sister especially loved the kind, caring woman who helped with breakfast each day. Thank you all. I can’t say enough about how good the staff were.

I’ve been staying here for four years, and as an over-the-road driver, it feels like a second home. The team is exceptional, and checking in is easy every time. No hassles at all.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern, and the staff were welcoming and easy to deal with. When anything came up, they handled it quickly and with a smile. Every part of our stay was great, and I’d definitely come back.
