The room smelled like weed all the time, and they wouldn't do anything about it. It was run down and dirty, with holes in the walls and ceilings. The toilet barely flushed, and the old microwave and fridge were rusty and dirty. You only get two tiny pillows, and they refused to give us more. The TV may have been the only thing updated, but even its remote had no back on it. When I complained, the woman at the front desk got rude and mad at me, then came over and tried to make us feel bad. This place isn't worth it. For about $30 more, you could get a much nicer stay. I'll never get a room here again.

I felt gross staying here and won't be back. We'd heard the rooms near the front were better cared for and asked for one, but they put us in the building at the very back. It needed work and felt dirty. The room was freezing, the TV remote didn't work, and the front desk just shrugged it off. The locks were coming loose, so I didn't feel safe, and the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbor's TV as if we were in their room.

The TV wouldn't work, not even for cable. The whole place felt like a slummy motel. The floor was so filthy that walking on it without shoes or socks left your feet black, and there was cereal between the box spring and mattress. The walls looked like they'd never been cleaned. I'll never stay here again.

We left and went across the street to the Holiday Inn, which was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It cost three times as much, but the peace of mind and hygiene were worth it. The front desk processed the refund to my credit card without a problem and offered another room, but I wasn't willing to stay. My wife had booked this hotel for our trip to town for the Zach Bryan concert. The lobby was hot and smelled of smoke, and another guest was already asking for a refund while I checked in. I understood why as soon as we saw our room. It was filthy, with cigarette burns on the sheets, stains everywhere, a horrific-looking couch, and a huge cobweb nest in the window. It clearly hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. The bathroom was just as bad, with a dirty toilet, toilet paper all over the plunger, a grimy bathtub, and a ceiling that was falling apart. This was one of the nastiest places I've ever stepped into. Stay away at all costs.
