Hampton Inn & Suites Canyon

The one thing I’d like to see added is locks on the bathroom doors. The walls were also a bit thin, so sound carried around. Still, the rooms were amazing, the beds very comfortable, and the service was great. Kay at the front desk was especially nice and had such a good attitude. She’s the reason I’d come back.

I’d usually pick Marriott for a business trip, but I’d stay here for work too. The price was actually lower than the Best Western next door, and it felt well worth it. We were traveling to Colorado to ski and stayed here with the kids. The hotel was very nice and clean, the breakfast was good, and parking felt safe. Staff told me it was built in 2022, so it’s very fresh and well equipped. Highly recommend.

I’ve enjoyed the fitness center, and refreshments are always available. The front desk staff are consistently kind and welcoming. But I’ve stayed here often and sometimes the room hasn’t been fully clean, and sleep has been poor. The thermostat was set to 64 on cool, the lowest setting, and the room still felt like a furnace. From 1 to 3 AM, a group smoking in the courtyard below my room talked loudly enough for me to hear the whole conversation, and I could smell what they were smoking. I made a noise complaint, but nothing changed. A bright light came straight into my room because the blackout curtain wouldn’t lower all the way. I told the front desk, and they said they’d have maintenance look at it. I’d also like a full or firm pillow option.

After two weeks in Texas, this was the first hotel I’d stayed in with its own bar, which is a good fit for a guy like me who works on the road. BRIANA was attentive and professional, and made it a good night. The hotel was very clean and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Thanks, Hampton Inn. See you next time.
