Residence Inn by Marriott Cape Canaveral Cocoa Beach

The pool area was beautiful, and outside there was a cozy bar and fire pit. Breakfast had a good selection, and the area was very clean. Our room was spotless, spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were excellent, and we found a handy option for getting to the ship: we rented a car and drove around the day before the cruise, then used the car agency in the hotel parking lot, which gave us a free ride to the terminal. The hotel itself charges $12 per person for a ride to the terminal, about a mile away. It’s an excellent location for a cruise. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and very clean, and the breakfast buffet was good and kept tidy.

We only needed one night before our cruise and didn’t plan to spend much. I’ve stayed at this RI before and knew it was decent. This visit was great, with no issues, and the staff were friendly. It was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the cruise port. We skipped the breakfast buffet and went down the street to Mystic Lobster Roll Company instead, though others said the buffet was fine.

The evening walk to dinner was easy, less than 1/2 mile each way. The front desk arranged the cruise port shuttle, and it was super easy to use. Breakfast was very good, with a clean, well laid out, well maintained serving area. A nice stay with good people and a well run hotel, just what you’d expect from a Residence Inn.
