Brisa Del Mar 3

We stayed in Unit 2 and had a fantastic time. It’s a ground-floor suite with a king bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area. The place was clean, cozy, and well equipped. The owners first stayed here as guests a couple of years ago, loved it enough to buy Unit 2, and have been making improvements since. Read and sign the guest book, their own notes tell a great story. Free beach access is only a short walk away, maybe a couple hundred feet, and you can see the Space Center from the shore. We watched two Space X launches during our week there. The courtyard was a nice shared place to hang out with other visitors. WiFi was fine and the AC worked well. The caretakers were really nice and quick to respond. When the Keurig stopped working, they brought over a replacement right away and swapped that for a brand new one the next day. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We’d happily book Unit 2 again if we come back to the area.

We chose Brisa Del Mar for our Kennedy Space center visit, and it worked out so well, about a 15-20 minute drive to the center. The apartment is just a three-minute walk from the beach and had everything we needed, even beach chairs and toys. It’s especially convenient with little kids, with all the comforts of home. There’s enough kitchen gear to bake a cake if you feel like it. Great location, facilities, cleanliness, and value for money.

It was uncomfortable staying there, especially with the broken blinds and noise from around the place. The bathroom wasn’t clean: there were black rings and bugs in the toilet, and brown sludge in the tub. The tub drain didn’t work either, so we couldn’t even step into it.

Had a lovely day with my friends, and I’d like to come back. The place was clean, had what we needed, and was a quick walk from the beach. People were friendly too. Thanks for a great day! Could you send me the info so we can book a day or maybe three?
