Amelia made our first night feel special, especially since we were celebrating birthdays. We had appetizers at the bar, and she treated us like family, suggested her favorites, and they ended up being our favorites too. The sunset dolphin cruise through the resort was one of the most memorable parts of our Mother's Day weekend. We also rented a pool cabana on Sunday, where a cooler of ice water and a fresh fruit tray were delivered. Such thoughtful touches. Our service animal even had a puppy bed waiting in our spacious, spotless, comfortable room, and that level of care really stood out. From the easy mobile check-in to the lovely upgraded room and charcuterie board waiting for us, the welcome felt warm and relaxing. The bell staff helped with our bags, and everyone we met was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Dinner at the Nauti Mermaid was fabulous, with delicious food, generous portions, and live music that set the mood perfectly. The whole weekend was wonderful and felt full of care. Thank you to all the staff for making it special and relaxing.
I love the morning yoga and the delicious food at Marker 92, the restaurant in the hotel. The boat rides, bike rentals, gym, pool facilities, and village of shops and restaurants are all wonderful too. It's always nice to be welcomed by the friendly valet, then check into beautiful rooms with outstanding views. The resort is so well maintained, and the amenities and service are impeccable. Thanks to my favorite hotel for another wonderful weekend with my family. Your loyal Ambassador appreciates it.
The location and facilities feel like a dream, and I could happily live here and never leave. The staff are unbelievably friendly, accommodating, and professional, from security on arrival to the housekeepers. This has been the BEST experience, 10 out of 5 stars. Whatever management is doing, keep it up. Can't wait to come back.
