The second-floor sitting area was a nice touch, and the price was better than most places since it’s a few blocks from the beach. The grounds are pretty, too. Cape Harbor Motor Inn is an older building, so the rooms are simple, though updated. Ours was very clean, with a Keurig coffee maker and bathroom toiletries, and the mattress was nicely firm. The staff, including the people who helped us book, were pleasant and accommodating. We had a great stay and would book again.

Mary Ann was so friendly and helpful, and she was personally concerned about our situation. We had booked three nights but had to leave after the first because of a family emergency. Tony, the owner, credited us for rescheduling the other two nights. We've stayed in lots of places over the years, and Mary Ann is the best of the best. The quiet location is ideal, and the efficiency was clean and roomy. We came last year and plan to return next year. Thank you, Tony and Mary Ann, for treating us so kindly.

The location is excellent, central to everything, though the motel is on one of Cape May’s busier streets. We had to be extra careful crossing with our little kids on bikes to get to the beach. The place has a 60s/70s mom-and-pop roadside motel feel, and some furniture is a bit worn, so don’t expect luxury or fully updated rooms. Still, it’s extremely clean and well kept, with comfortable beds, quality linens, a fridge, and a Keurig. There are also several outdoor seating spots, a bike rack, and a picnic and BBQ area. We’re here with family now and like it a lot. The staff are sweet and accommodating. They let us check in early and use the surprisingly large, sparkling blue pool while we waited for our room, and seemed flexible about pool hours. They’re friendly on the phone, too. That kind of hospitality was a refreshing start to our stay. It’s a clean, welcoming place, and we recommend it and plan to return.

We chose this affordable inn for Coast Guard graduation because it was close to both the base and town. It’s old school and not fancy. We booked the least expensive room with two beds, and slept comfortably. Everything was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the modest room had enough space for what we needed. We spent time on the patio and by the pool, as well as around town. We’d stay again and recommend it, especially to anyone coming for USCG graduation.

Parking was right on the hotel property, and we enjoyed the pool. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough towels, shampoo, and soap. The staff were so kind and nice. We enjoyed our stay.
