The Beauport birds were a fun treat, often hilarious, and part of what makes the inn feel distinctive. This was a thoroughly enjoyable vacation, with great hosts and a great location, and we’ll definitely return. Linda and Ellen make you feel like family right away. Their warmth and attention to detail give the place a real home-away-from-home feeling. The Beauport Inn sits just over the Ogunquit line in Cape Neddick, with a beautiful chateau-style building and scenic grounds where we saw deer, wild turkey, chipmunks, and ground hogs, and heard lovely birdsong. Though listed in Cape Neddick, it feels like part of the Ogunquit experience, with an easy walk to downtown, restaurants, and the beach. It’s a peaceful retreat close to the lively downtown, so you can unwind and still get to the fun easily. A best-kept secret in Ogunquit, though maybe not for long!
