The service desk staff were very friendly, but that was about the only bright spot. I was in room 903, and the bathroom wall had a large stain; its door lock was broken too. The sofa bed had no sheet or pillow when I opened it, which upset me because I paid for a great room. At checkout, the garage door wouldn't lock, so I could take the elevator from the garage area into the lobby. The elevators also smelled strongly of marijuana. I included pictures.

In January 2026, I got a very cheap rate because it was off-season. The service was good and the room was clean, with a TV that had Netflix. Breakfast didn't have many choices, but for the price it was fine. A dryer would have been nice. Also, running a blower in the parking lot after midnight wasn't a good idea. The engine was quite loud.

The only real issue was that the hot tub was ice cold and out of order, but it wasn't a big deal. My husband and I came with family who hadn't been to pigeon forge before, and I was impressed. I travel a lot and am picky about hotels, and this place was top notch, with a beautiful, spacious room that was super clean. Breakfast was pretty good, and they had oat milk and a few things I could eat despite my dairy allergies. I was very happy with that.

I've stayed here several times and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and its staff. It's also in a really convenient spot for getting around Pigeon Forge. There's a young man working there who's a great example of a hard worker. Whenever I see him, he's doing his best to keep everything spotless.

I had to leave less than 24 hours into a two-night stay after my room was broken into. The front desk gave a room key to someone who wasn't on my reservation, creating a dangerous and threatening situation for me and other guests. It also caused an embarrassing scene that proper desk procedures could have prevented. After years in hospitality, I know you don't issue a key without checking that the person is on the reservation and has provided ID. I'll be filing a chargeback for the stay and reporting this to Marriott. If this hotel can't keep guests safe, it shouldn't carry the Marriott brand.
