Viewpoint Condominiums

The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with an awesome balcony. Great location, just a hop from everything, and very pet friendly too!

We had four bedrooms, so there was plenty of space, but the place was dirty and full of bugs. The blankets were thin, and the bedding was uncomfortable. I felt gross staying there and couldn’t wait to leave.

The room needed vacuuming and mopping before anyone walked in. We also left behind more than a hundred dollars’ worth of dog food, medicine, treats, and a whole case of dog food. My husband had even left a generous tip. The maid threw everything out instead of bringing it to the manager. We were very disappointed, and I would never recommend this place 😭

The biggest issue was the noise at night. We barely slept, maybe an hour or two each night, because all three nights we were woken around 12:30-1 am by yelling, laughing, fighting, talking, and snoring. We could hear conversations from above, below, and both sides, like people were inside our condo. We could even hear someone downstairs snoring as loudly as if he were in the room with us. They said they were “working on the problem,” but it didn’t seem to be getting fixed. There’s no soundproofing, and it made the vacation exhausting. I definitely wouldn’t stay again because I need sleep. The condo was large and laid out so a family could be comfortable, and the beds were fairly good. The linens were cheap quality but clean. The kitchen had very few cooking supplies, so bring your own. There was a large area to walk a dog, parking was good, and the location was close to everything. It was “clean,” but not deeply cleaned: the vents were dirty and there was hair in the shower. The photos of our condo weren’t posted, and the building we stayed in looked run down and could use updating. If I’d seen the actual building, I probably wouldn’t have booked it. The laundry was across the road, since the condos don’t have laundry. Water pressure was poor, so showers took forever, and the water never got very hot.
