There are tons of things to enjoy here, including stars at night, sunrise over the bay and sunset over the gulf. We liked having no condos, fires on the beach, fireworks, Jeep riding, lots of parking and room for a large family, a private beach, not much traffic, and TONS of wildlife. Across the street is a 100AC preserve tract with a trail to the bay, plus a kayak launch. The downside is that coastal erosion is severe and the beach and boardwalk have taken a beating. The house needs a deep clean and some paint, and a fridge and microwave would go a long way. Nothing major, though. I'd stay there again.

The rooms are a very nice size, and I love the pool and being right on the beach. My complaint is the dirt. Everything needs a deep clean. The heat return is disgusting, and the kitchen light is so dirty. We would've used a vacuum if one had been there.
