The balcony was a highlight for us: roomy and private, with lovely views of the ocean and the farm animals next door. We’d fall asleep to frogs at night, then wake to cool air and roosters in the morning. The fruit trees, flowers, and birds around the property are beautiful, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Carl and Emma made us feel right at home. We loved it here and would happily recommend this lovely B&B.

We really enjoyed the welcoming hosts, comfortable rooms, terrace views, and tasty breakfast. The B&B is close to Kona’s main attractions but feels tucked away from many of the tourists.

The garden is beautiful, and the room has lots of thoughtful little details and was furnished well. Breakfast was very good, with homemade souffles, banana bread, and plenty of fresh fruit. It’s also a good base for visiting Volcano National Park.

The view across the ocean and the farm next door was lovely, with plenty of pigs and birds to watch over morning coffee or tea. We appreciated having free snorkels, chairs, and noodles, too. The place feels like home, and we loved our stay. Fresh warm pastries and omelets or scrambled eggs each morning were a treat.

Really fantastic place. The lanai was great, the room was clean and very nice, and breakfast was wonderful.
