The manager handled my complaint graciously and was willing to go the extra mile. The room and bathroom also looked cleaner this time, so I’d stay again for those reasons. Still, the place looks much the same as it did three years ago, old and dilapidated, and the breakfast room feels like a dungeon. There was only cold cereal for breakfast, and the beds need replacing.

The manager’s canned reply to my review said, “On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with [insert guest issues].” They couldn’t even fill in the apology email template. The whole building reeked, and every visible part of the room was dirty. They say breakfast is free, but the only thing that seemed safe to eat was granola bars still in their original wrappers. Truly the worst place I’ve stayed. Stay far away from this fleabag motel.

The breakfast was awful, with stale donuts and a trash can that looked like it hadn't been emptied in days. There was no Wi-Fi, and the bathroom was dirty: hair on the sink and floor, plus a tub that filled up because it wouldn't drain. I stayed here last week and wouldn't recommend this motel. Totally unacceptable. Stay away.

The room was clean and tidy, and the internet worked well. There was some construction, but it didn't bother me. What stood out was the staff: during my long stay, I hurt myself at work, and they noticed and offered to do whatever they could to make things easier. Really nice people with great attitudes. Service gets five stars.
