The property was clean, well cared for, and worth the stay. What really made the visit, though, was Trey. My 90-year-old father and I arrived after a long day of travel, and Trey had our room ready right away and made sure my dad, who is disabled, would be comfortable. He was welcoming and courteous from the start, and check-in was easy. He even told Dad to call him directly at the front desk if he needed anything. That small offer meant a lot. Trey was outstanding, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I’d gladly recommend this Courtyard Marriott in Albany, GA.

We stayed in December 2025 on the top floor in a two queen room. The area is set back from the main road, so it was quieter, and the lobby is roomy with lots of seats and nice decor. There’s a breakfast Bristow and Starbucks together in the lobby. Our room was clean, with a 50-inch TV and one shared bedside table with two charging ports and two regular outlets. The towel rack was half pulled out of the wall, though, and looked ready to fall off. My main issue is that breakfast and even lobby coffee aren’t free. We usually choose a hotel that includes breakfast, and somehow this one got through my filters. If you don’t eat breakfast, it’s a good place.
