Karizma at the front desk made such an impression on us that we’ll stay here every trip as long as she’s there. She accommodated everything we asked for. In my 60 years, I don’t think I’ve seen a young person work with such patience and responsibility. We came with friends to see the caverns, and the room was clean and good, housekeeping was spot on, and breakfast was good. The hotel is a little way from the caverns and town.

The breakfast lady was so helpful when I needed help carrying food back to my room, and the young woman who checked me in was great too. I also needed extra towels, a shower chair, and the AC running when I arrived because I have asthma. As always, they came through. Everything was perfect!

The final charge was far from the amount on my reservation. Had I known the price would be higher, I would have chosen a better, more expensive hotel. Check-in and checkout were both difficult, and I had to arrange my own room cleanings. They made me feel like I was bothering them by staying. Buyer beware.

Breakfast, staff, location, and parking were all great. They said there are cameras in the parking lot, which made it feel safer. Charisma was very patient with my husband and me the night we arrived, showed us how to book through the hotel website, and was accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend this place and will be back.

The fitness center was a plus, and breakfast was good. But the rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned: there were party banners and trash behind the TV and dresser. The indoor pool was small, freezing, and a little dingy.
