The electric recliners in unit 202 were amazingly comfortable, and the unit itself was very nice. But the building needs updating, and its stairs made it inaccessible for my child, who uses a wheelchair. There were stairs to the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, and the beach. Luckily, a public access next to the building let us get onto the beach. Without it, we wouldn’t have been able to get there at all. My husband had to carry our 65-pound child to the pools, which was dangerous and could easily have led to a fall. The indoor pool also wasn’t heated as it was supposed to be. It’s 2023, and there’s no excuse for leaving this unremodeled and not ADA compliant.

The view was great, the place was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. I even saw dolphins.

We were happy with our stay in condo 105 and would stay here again. The unit had been updated and was in good shape, though each condo is different, so I can only speak to the one we had. The building itself feels dated and could use some work. Adding card readers to the side staircases, some heating for the pools, and better ventilation in the indoor pool would take care of a few mildly annoying issues.

The views are stunning, especially from the corner units. The women running the place were incredibly sweet, responsive, and honest. My concern is with the building’s common areas. There was no accessible parking because of construction, and the elevators had no visible inspection record, which made my family and me nervous.
