Natasha ((Tash) and Bonnie took such good care of us when one of the six-year-olds got really sick. They made sure we had everything we needed. We’d only just arrived with my son’s family during a snowstorm, and the reservation desk team had already been kind, quick, and incredibly helpful despite all the activity. The whole stay was a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to come back, and thank you to everyone who helped us!

We were staying in a condo here while skiing at Sugarloaf, USA, Maine. The covered entrance made it easy to unload guests, bags, skis, and ourselves, with both self and valet parking available. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The location puts you right in the middle of everything, and the staff and free breakfast really add to the stay. Rooms are clean and practical, though they’re a little tired. Great place to stay.

The drive out to Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is beautiful, and even though it’s a bit out of the way, it’s worth it. I was there for my niece’s wedding, and the setting at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain was amazing. We had great views, September weather, and a lovely ceremony.

We’ve been enjoying our stay even though it’s warm and there isn’t much snow. The room is roomy and clean, with a little cooking area and a small table where we can eat. The beds are comfortable and clean too. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant, 45 North, was included, and the staff have been very friendly and polite. It’s been a pleasant experience.
