We were able to get a great night's sleep, and breakfast was included for the road in the morning. It's the usual spread, but there's enough that leaving hungry is your own doing. The beds were comfortable, and we ran the fan on low to soften the street noise, which worked nicely. As snowbirds passing through Columbus, we found the location convenient, the price good, and the hotel safe and comfortable. We'll be back. Chris checked us in and was pleasant and efficient. The other staff we saw the next morning were just as nice. The Sleep Inn feels clean and welcoming on arrival, and you can take the stairs or elevator. Our second-floor hallway was tidy and well kept, and our room was spacious, clean, and bright, with nice-sized windows. We noticed work trucks in the parking lot, so I suspect some work crews stay here too.

The breakfast was my favorite part, especially the biscuits and gravy, and I thought the coffee was the best. The housekeeping ladies work really hard and deserve a raise. Staff were wonderful, the location was a plus, and it was very quiet. I was there for a week. The room was clean and had a dresser, closet, microwave, and TV, though the TV didn't work. Maybe I moved it or the cable was the problem, but I didn't report it since I travel with my own TV for Netflix, lol. The queen room felt tight, but had what I needed. Next time I might pay more for a king and a little extra space.

I got there early, and they were able to check me in. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The rates are reasonable. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Traveling with three little kids, we really appreciated the kindest hotel staff we've ever met. The front desk person who checked us in late at night was lovely, and Amy Jo in the breakfast area took great care of us, helping the kids get food, cleaning up spilled cereal, and bringing extra supplies. She also took time to chat and went above and beyond. The extra hour for checkout and the weekend breakfast were nice too. The rooms were clean, and the location was great.

We've stayed at this hotel three times now, and our band's gear has been safe in the parking lot every visit. The beds are awesome, and breakfast is killer. The rooms are super clean, and the spa in ours was the bomb. They also had a hot breakfast. It's a really great hotel for the price.
