Columbus Inn & Suites

The peaceful atmosphere and lovely, well-kept courtyard were highlights for us at MyHome Columbus. The front desk guy was respectful and so helpful that check-in was easy. We really liked the location and would definitely stay again.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book MyHome Columbus Extended Stay again. The team made the experience great, especially the front desk associate, who was respectful, helpful, and went out of his way for us. The beautiful, well-maintained courtyard was a nice place to spend time, and the location and atmosphere suited us perfectly.

The front desk area was spotless and organized, and the man who helped us was a gem. He went above and beyond despite the limits he was working with. The stay itself was the worst I’ve ever had. We kept every light on to deter roaches, and there was no ventilation, so when someone lit up the devils lettuce, the smoke was all around you. There was no cleaning during our four days, and it cost extra. Nobody asked about replacing or collecting towels, sheets, or other linens. I stayed in bed with the door locked the whole time. Three or four times a day, someone would randomly tug at the door to see if it was unlocked. The area didn’t feel good, the Coke machine was empty, and another guest warned me off the snack machine because the food was so old and probably stale that he couldn’t remember when it had last been filled.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels for work, and I’m going to miss this one most when I leave. The big grassy area out front has a table and chairs, a lovely place for kids to play or for you to sit with friends and family. The rooms are nice and have what you need, and the front desk staff and room keepers are kind and make sure you’re taken care of. The workers have a great work ethic and are never rude. Everyone’s friendly and respectful, and it feels easy to make a friend. I don’t lie in my reviews and everyone has their own opinion, but I recommend this place highly. All love.
