The room was clean, comfortable, and a good deal, but what really mattered was how Ms.Danielle treated me. I arrived in the middle of the night after being stuck in my semi with no battery, with temperatures at 10 degrees outside. The shipper nearby wouldn't let me into the building until I could get somewhere safe from the cold, and they were very rude. I told Ms.Danielle what had happened, and she understood and offered whatever help she could. She handled everything promptly and professionally, and gave me no trouble at all. Thanks again to her, and to the hotel for having such a wonderful person on staff. Keep up the upkeep too.

The restaurant next door was nice, and the food was good. We also found the hotel very clean, and the staff were accommodating, so we'd stay again. One thing that would help us: a luggage cart. One of us uses oxygen, and another can barely walk, which makes carrying bags difficult. We're hoping there'll be a cart next time. Thank you.

Denise at the front desk was really nice, and the room was clean. The hot water and excellent water pressure were my favorite parts. I'd definitely stay here again.

The pool was wonderful, and the staff were sweet. Ms, Denise made us feel so welcome at the front desk. She was such a great hostess that being here felt a little like being back home, and she made our stay so enjoyable. I'd love to come back and spend time here someday. Thank you, Ms. Denise.

The friendly, nice ladies on staff are why I still gave the hotel a 4. I usually expect very little from a Super 8, but this place could have earned a 5 if it weren't for the odor. Our relatives staying there noticed the same smell in their room. The decor was nice and the room seemed clean, though the old carpets seemed to be where the stench was coming from.
