The bed was actually very comfortable, and I thankfully didn’t see any signs of bugs. But the hall was very dirty and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Our room seemed to have been vacuumed somewhat, though there were still things on the floor. I found a pile of tags in the hallway, and the blankets were full of burn holes. We booked at the last minute while passing through, tired. The building is old, which is fine, but it can still be clean. The TV remote barely worked, making it a struggle to turn the TV on and off or change the volume and channels. My husband said someone tried to open our door during the night, so he stayed awake and on guard.

I had a reservation, but the room wasn’t ready, and nothing was hooked up: the TV, lamps, microwave, phone, and refrigerator. The carpet was dirty, with a piece of dried food or something behind the bed. The fridge had a damaged cord with exposed wires and never got cold. I got several bites, probably from bedbugs.

Find somewhere else. The bathroom was nasty, and when I got up to use it at 3 a.m. and turned on the light, I saw roaches. Breakfast was the worst, just old food. Don’t do it.

The sink leaked all over the bathroom floor, so they moved us to another room. Since we’re living here until our home is ready, I had to spend over an hour moving everything. In the new room the TV didn’t even have a cable box, so we took the one from the previous room. The AC still isn’t working properly, so it’s not looking good there either. The smell hits you as soon as you enter the lobby, a mix of stale cigarettes, mold and mustiness. The rooms haven’t been dusted in who knows how long. The refrigerator and microwave didn’t work, and I had to throw away food after it spoiled. The ice machine doesn’t work either. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do NOT stay here. This place needs to be shut down.

You have to call for someone to come to the front desk when you arrive to check in. The lobby was cluttered and dirty, and the back entrance was left open, with no keycard needed, despite their claim that it was secured. Our room was gross too. The carpet was ripped and badly stained, there was dirt and trash under the beds, including dirty socks and a water bottle, and the bathtub was filthy with hair still in the drain. The broken shower wasn’t usable. The sheets were stained all over, the microwave was dirty, and the dresser and all its drawers were sticky and grimy. The lampshades were dirty, broken and poorly fitted. The TV remote buttons didn’t work. The AC barely worked, was filthy and taped together, and the desk chair was covered in liquid stains. It’s an absolute roach motel. Do not stay here!
