Quality Inn Carrollton Medical Center

We arrived with our family to check in, and the hotel gave us the wrong key. We ended up with a gun pointed at us. When I went back to the front desk afterward, they said there would be no refund. This was the most terrible and unsafe place I’ve ever stayed. Please stay away, this business puts guests in danger.

I asked for a handicap room because I cannot manage stairs, up or down, and made sure the front desk clerk knew that. When I asked her to call an ambulance, she said she couldn’t. She brought up my service dog and the $25 service dog fee. The lady was very hateful.

We left within five minutes of checking in. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and felt completely unsafe, and the front desk agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. There were also signs of illegal activity on the property, so the place didn’t feel safe at all. They charged us extra cash without explaining why. It felt like a scam and wasn’t worth the money. I’d strongly advise people to avoid this hotel.

The bedrooms seem to have been remodeled recently, but the bathrooms were left out of that work and the cleaning. They smelled strongly of bleach, yet there was mold throughout the bathroom area.
