The money was only returned after I contacted the hotel chain’s operator. Before that, I called every day for a month while staff were rude and hung up on me, and my card was charged different amounts. We’d checked out before 11:00 the morning after 10 young people moved into the next room and spent the night shouting under the windows and inside, smoking and partying. When we asked to cancel the following two nights, management said they couldn’t do anything. If you want to lose your money and your nerves, stay here.

After driving seven hours, so tired I was nearly falling asleep at the wheel, I got here and was told check-in wasn’t until 11am. So I’m stuck sleeping in my car. Why book a room if I can’t get into it? The reservation is nonrefundable, and it doesn’t matter when you booked or arrived. I’d be better off paying extra for the Motel 6 next door. Great customer service.

We left because the room didn’t feel safe: there was no deadbolt, and it was dirty, with stained pillows that had no cases and marks on the door and walls. We’d booked a smoke-free room, but cigarette odor hit us as soon as we opened the door. Late at night, the on-call worker said they couldn’t help and told us to call in the morning. When we did, the worker was rude, said repeatedly they had no access, refused to contact the owners, then hung up. The booking company did get us a full refund. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

I paid over $160 for a dirty, smelly, unsanitary room. The beds were stained, the pillowcase hadn’t been changed, and the room smelled like mildew and cigarettes.

The rooms are older, but they have a comfortable feel. It’s a good price, and there are snacks, laundry and ice. The pool is great, and the location is handy for food and seeing town, close to everything. Early check-in is available if you need it. 💯😎🔥
