Home2 Suites By Hilton Carson City

I come here for work in Carson City and have stayed several times. It’s become my go-to hotel in the area, with comfortable rooms, a modern feel, and amazing staff. Everyone at the front desk is helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast is quite good, and the lobby has lots of comfortable seating plus a water dispenser for still, sparkling, or hot water. The gym is small but useful, with treadmills, an elliptical, a peloton bike, cable machine, weights and yoga balls. It also has a fountain, cups and towels. I haven’t used the pool, but it looks clean and well kept whenever I pass it. Reno and Lake Tahoe are about a 30-40 minute drive away.

There’s a small thing I’d change: a door between the laundry and fitness room would keep the washer and dryer noise out while people work out. The fitness room is well equipped, though, and the hotel is right off Interstate 80, with gas stations and restaurants in walking distance. The facility is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is always fantastic. I’ve never had a bad stay at the Home2 Suites in Elko, Nevada. It’s the only place I’ll stay in Elko Nevada.

It felt welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel seems brand new and was very clean, even smelling new. I usually bring my own sheets and pillowcases, but didn’t need them here. It’s comfortable and conveniently located just off the highway.

The view was AMAZING!!!!!! The hotel is also well placed, with a gas station one block away, all kinds of restaurants nearby and Walmart 2 miles away. We stayed about 5 days after coming from Chicago, Il, and the staff handled the busy crowd really well. Our room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping came on time, respected the days we didn’t want to be disturbed, and even brought me a broom because I’m always in Mommy mode and wanted to clean while they were away. The front desk always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was nicely presented and well stocked. With several sports teams and kids there, staff adjusted the menu for the younger crowd, which worked great for me and my 5 children. They kept the area clean and came out to talk with us each morning. The pool was nice, towels were always available, and the pool hours were good.
