The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed my first night here. The room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back.

A volleyball team stayed here on 4/11/26, and one parent was told her $25 cash deposit would be mailed back. Four weeks later, they’ve changed their story, saying it was supposedly mailed on 4/14/26. They admitted the drawer didn’t balance, and the manager, Mr. Hitesh, personally promised the money would be returned. Very disappointing service and poor business practices. This has now been reported to the BBB. Who does business this way?

I came in a little after 3am with my son to ask for a room for several days. There were hardly any cars, and the woman working was sitting in the breakfast area. She was rude from the start, then angrily told us we couldn’t get a room until after 3 pm because it was already past 3 am. It was the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a hotel employee, completely unprofessional. I’ll never return. My only recommendation is to stay far away.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and was never accused of smoking until the new ownership. I don’t smoke, and they either charged the wrong room or they’re lying. I was never sent a bill or shown their supposed evidence, and it took more than a month to get answers. I contacted them before posting this review, but they refused a refund, citing evidence. Their lack of accountability is astounding. I won’t be back. Be prepared: they’ll charge $265 for smoking in the room and falsify evidence to support it. Before you check out, I recommend asking a staff member to inspect the room with you and sign something saying you didn’t smoke, or you may get ripped off.
