8/10
We had a kitchen with a full sized fridge and stove, which was very convenient, and I liked that they don’t use single use plastic for shampoo and soap. The hotel is clean and not heavily perfumed, a plus for someone scent reactive like me. Beds are comfortable, though too high to climb onto if you’re under 5 feet. The toilets are very low to the floor, and I noticed what looked like rust streaks on the top door jamb inside the bathroom. It’s a good location if you’ll be around the CHI Center. There’s no breakfast, which was disappointing, but Perkins is right next door and offers a 20% discount if you give your room number. That only helps if you have time for a sit down meal.

We had two king rooms with sofas, with enough space for all six of us to sleep well. They let us bring our pups in one room for a $75 charge, and the employees were very nice. There’s no breakfast on site, but Perkins next door gives you 10% off the bill. We’d definitely stay again.

Getting to and from the airport was easy with their shuttle. The rooms were clean, and the staff were great. CJ was especially helpful.

The rooms are a bit old and dated, but the front desk lady made the place feel like home. She greeted me with a big smile, asked if I needed anything, and really meant it. When I lost my car keys during the stay, she went out of her way to help locate them. Good people and good service.

I needed somewhere to stay before an early airport flight. They arranged a wake-up call and had a shuttle available, and I could leave my vehicle parked in their lot. It worked great.
