The room itself needs attention. In rm512 there were holes in the walls, especially around the bathroom and shower, the elevators were in poor shape, and the walls were thin enough that you could hear things. The main doors were usually stuck open too. In the morning, no one was at the counter, and room cards were left in a basket where anyone could take one. I also saw a couple of people walk into the back office while its door was wide open. On the good side, the woman at the counter was very nice and professional when my co-driver and I arrived, and the woman working by the restaurant bar was cool too. The place needs some help, though I'm sure upper management can address it. Good luck.

The all-you-can-eat tacos at the restaurant were the best part. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but took a chance. At $100 a night, it was okay for sleeping for a night or two, but don't expect much. The bed was clean and comfortable. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower head wasn't even half decent. Maybe that's what you get on a budget, but still. None of the good RV channels worked, and there was basically nothing to do besides the gym, which was dark and dirty. Mediocre at best.

The shuttle wasn't running by the time we left the airport, so we had to pay $105.00 for a taxi. Our room was quiet and quite large, with two double beds, but they were so high I couldn't get up onto one. I looked around for something to use as a step and couldn't find anything. My husband slept in the bed, while I spent the night on the chair. The shower was slippery, though it did have a grab bar.

I wouldn't recommend this place. When I arrived, I asked to have the sheets changed because they had blood stains. The supervisor scolded the girl who was helping me and told her it wasn't her problem. If there were fewer stars, I'd give it fewer.
