Sean at the Fairfield Hotel & Suites made a tough arrival easier after a long day, with a week of medical treatments ahead. He was kind and efficient, and extended my stay at the best possible rate. I’d asked for extra pillows, and they were already waiting in my spotless, modern, comfortable room. The bed was great, and having a full lineup of TV channels was a welcome change from streaming-only setups. Breakfast and the on-site store were excellent too. Highly recommend the property and its team!

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine, with hot dishes of decent quality, enough to do the job. I had a great experience and would return.

We came for our kids’ sports event, and sadly it’s our last year doing that. The room was clean, the lobby well maintained, and breakfast was good. They offer a shuttle within a 5-mile range and a great 12 pm checkout time. They also rated 99.5% for cleanliness in sanitation standards. Thanks, Fairfield Raleigh.

Zay and William at the front desk made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The location is excellent, and the customer service was top-notch, the kind that makes other hotels look bad. Staff like them help keep standards high, which is hard to find these days. Thank you for a perfect stay, A+++.

Everyone on staff was really nice and accommodating. The bed was the one letdown. I couldn’t sleep well and woke up aching.
