The room seems to have been updated at some point, and I’d like it a lot more if it didn’t smell so strongly of dog urine. Also, there aren’t any USB ports, in case you’re looking for them.

I was unsure about the hotel and its location, since I’d originally planned on the Marriott in downtown Knoxville. We chose to stay closer to my wife’s family instead, and it turned out great. The room was spacious, and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful. I’d happily stay here again. The woman setting up the breakfast area was the one exception. She wasn’t very friendly.

The rooms are nice and spacious, and all the employees are friendly. Breakfast was really good for a hotel. We’ll definitely be back. The only reason I took off a star was the construction. There was sheetrock dust all over the hallways on our floor, and we woke up to the sound of sanding.

After driving all day, it was nice to find a good workout area with decent machines. The room was clean and in good shape, and the overnight price was very reasonable. Breakfast had a nice selection, too. It’s in a safe area, easy to get on and off the expressway, with a few restaurants nearby.

We made a last-minute stop here late on our way south and found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfy, the hallways were wide and tidy, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options. We’d stop here again.
