The main problem was getting into room 307 late at night. My keycard didn’t work, the office was closed, and there was no one to help, so I had to find another place for the night. I explained it at the front desk the next day and got a replacement card, but that was all they did. I asked them to put a note on my account and also emailed to document what happened. I’m not asking for a full refund, but a partial one seems fair since I couldn’t access the room I paid for and had to make other arrangements. The room was comfortable and Siegel Select Casa Grande was conveniently located, so most of the stay was positive. I hope they improve the after-hours help so this doesn’t happen to future guests.

I appreciate that the pool is clean and reopened now. Thanks to maintenance and the owner for resolving that. When I checked the prices yesterday, they were the best in town for an extended stay, which matters with the pools having been closed. The other pool had been closed after someone broke part of the gate, with no word on when it would reopen; the first pool was closed for foundation repairs, and I was told not to expect it this year. I hope the main pool gets open again before my work assignment ends. If you’re staying in the extended stay area, bring your own basics: linens, bedding, dishes, and other things for living there. You can get a pack of towels at Walmart for $20, and we got our bedding from Goodwill. The place needs cosmetic repairs, and a couple elevators have been out of order for a while. Staff are super friendly, though, and restaurants and shopping are close, some within walking distance. I’m planning to stay until my assignment is done.

I’ve rented here for a long time, and I love having this as my temporary home. The office staff are amazing and help however they can to make sure you have a good stay. The new security guy is actually doing his job, so I feel safe. With the way the world is going, it’s good to know places like this are around.

My family and I have lived here quite a while, and it’s been good. Everyone in the office is kind, helpful, and answers whatever questions we have. We’ve never had trouble with the neighbors, and sometimes we go down to relax by the pool.
