Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites

The rooms and bathrooms were in good shape, with no stains, spots, or odd smells. Breakfast was hot and had a decent range of choices, kept at the right temperature and checked often. The coffee was a bit bitter but not bad. I didn't use the pool or fitness center, though both looked clean as I passed. We could faintly hear people talking through the thin walls, but it didn't keep us from sleeping. A pretty standard hotel stay, with clean rooms and good service.

My older teen son stayed at bw casa grande and was well looked after. The room and service were terrific, and the staff helped him feel comfortable. He slept well and enjoyed the hot breakfast and fresh melon. Thanks to everyone.

We had two lively kids with us, and the staff were kind and curious throughout, from breakfast and check-in to checkout. They helped when we needed to extend our stay and went out of their way to make it a good one. Thanks Tina, Audrey, and the others whose names I didn't catch. The area felt quiet and, most of all, safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Best hotel experience we've had, 10/10. We'll be back!

The hotel is very clean, in a great location, and has a good breakfast. There's a Texas Roadhouse right next door, and I liked the coffee machine with all its options. The staff were friendly too. Highly recommend staying here.
