The location worked well, but the hotel was one of the dirtiest I've stayed in. I booked two queen beds and, since I was alone, they switched me to one queen with no compensation. There weren't any bath towels either. When I asked, they gave me a hand towel and two washcloths. The room had a coffee pot but no coffee, so you had to take a tiny cup from the lobby and hope it lasted the ride upstairs. The whole place smelled awful. Breakfast was supposed to include biscuits and gravy, but instead there were two cereals with no milk and a waffle maker with frozen butter.

We ended up leaving and sleeping in our car after buying pillows and blankets at Walmart. They still charged us $75 plus a $100 deposit, which we haven't gotten back. My husband and I couldn't stay there. The outside had rubbish scattered around, dog poop everywhere, and several people appeared to be living in parked cars with extension cords running to them. Inside, the building looked badly neglected: dirty-looking floors, peeling paint, and broken doors propped open. Gaps around room doors were wide enough for people in the hall to see into rooms. Our room had no fridge. The yellow-stained towels, dirty sheets, and stained bedding were awful, and there was no comforter. The mattress had visible dips, the pillows were paper thin, and the TV looked like a computer monitor. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, don't choose this place.

The room had the basics, a bed, desk, chair, fridge, and microwave, and I only needed somewhere to crash for the night. But it smelled strange, and I wasn't confident the towels or blankets were clean. Then we found smashed roaches on the wall and microwave, live ones in the desk, and one in the toilet at midnight. You really do get what you pay for.

We only stayed because we couldn't get a refund, and I'll tell friends and family what happened. I'm never staying at another one. We had to switch rooms three times. The first was full of mold. The second hadn't been cleaned at all, with blood on the bathroom floor and nothing wiped down; the air conditioning also didn't work properly. The third was decent, though still not fully clean and the towels were stained.
