We were in town for a conference and got a king suite. It was huge, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The staff were friendly and cool, and the hotel felt clean and nice. We didn't use the pool, though it looked good. The one letdown was the whirlpool room we requested. We were told we could get it, but didn't, so I missed out on the bath time I was looking forward to. Still, I'd love to try a whirlpool room here next time.

The food really stood out. Breakfast had REAL FRIED EGGS and all the other fixin’s, and it was delicious. Since the hotel is attached to the restaurant, they had real silverware and dishes, too. The staff were friendly, and the location made getting on and off the highway easy. Very nice place, and we took a business card so we can stay again.

During a really difficult ordeal, I needed a place for my grandparents while a loved one was being flown to wyoming medical center. Martin was a real blessing to them. He made sure they were well looked after, and on his own arranged a 1st level room with parking right outside their door. They had a good stay despite everything going on, and said they'd definitely come back.

There's plenty of outdoor room to walk the dog, and the rooms are comfortable. This Best Western is beautifully decorated, has friendly staff, and serves a good free breakfast. I'll stay here again.

We stopped here in August without a reservation and checking in was easy. But after unloading everything into the room, we found a dirty toilet and bathtub, stains across the carpet and chair, and an awful odor we couldn't put up with. We went straight back to the office, explained what was wrong, and left. We found a much better hotel for about the same price.
