Hyatt Place Casper

The price felt very reasonable for such clean, nice rooms. Everything seemed fresh and well cared for, and the service was great from check-in through checkout. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I’d happily stay at the Hyatt again.

The staff were SUPER nice and easy to talk with, and I enjoyed staying here. I didn’t spot a hot tub at first, but the heated saltwater pool was even more enjoyable for me. The walk-in shower was fantastic, although I’d change the low-pressure, water-saving showerhead. I also liked the subtle perfume-like scent in the hallways and the 80's music near the bar. Neither was overpowering. The hotel is new and has plenty of interesting features. I’m not sure why other reviews complained about locals, since most hotels have this policy.

I stayed last month and had a really nice visit. The new rooms were spotless, and the modern bar area had excellent service. Breakfast had some unusual choices that made it more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this place, it’s the best property in town!

The only reason we’d choose this hotel again in Casper is Tara. We come often for work, soccer, and other events, and she completely changed what started as one of our worst hotel experiences. We hope she gets the recognition she deserves. From one tired mom, thank you, Tara! I can only imagine how many bookings she saved that weekend. We arrived on one of the busiest weekends, with state track and soccer both happening, and the hotel was badly short-staffed. We were told just four housekeepers had come in. Rooms weren’t ready, we got the wrong keys repeatedly, and at one point were assigned rooms that already had people in them. The front desk employee, Tara, was facing everyone’s frustration, even though she hadn’t checked us in and was dealing with other employees’ mistakes as well as the growing problems. She handled every issue with patience, kindness, and professionalism, and somehow made things fun for our family. It was clear she cared and went out of her way to help. There were no discounts or freebies to smooth things over. Her attitude, effort, and genuine care were what turned the stay around. In ordinary circumstances, the chaos would have sent us somewhere else, but because of Tara we’ll stay here whenever we’re in town.
