Home2 Suites by Hilton Oswego

My husband and son stayed three nights while traveling, and the way the team looked after them meant a lot to me. Huge thanks to Jackie, the GM, for her kindness above and beyond. If I could give the customer service ten stars, I would. I like giving credit where it's due, so thank you all again for taking care of my family.

Sheila at the front desk quickly found us a comparable room when we reported maintenance problems in ours, and offered water and snacks for the inconvenience. The original room was otherwise clean. The pool area was immaculate, and my kids loved having it to themselves for a while since we were there midday Tuesday. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen's microwave and dishwasher were handy, and breakfast had kid-friendly choices like cereal, waffles, and French toast. There were outdoor grilling areas, though we didn't use them. It was quiet and a great stay, with really good customer service.

I booked at the last minute and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was just as clean and nice on my second visit as it was the first. I'll definitely book again.

The hotel was clean, pet friendly, and in a quiet spot, though it can get noisy when the summer races are on. It's right beside the Speedway and close to SUNY Oswego, with plenty of food within walking distance or a short drive. Staff were friendly and helpful. They only had three luggage carts, and none were in the lobby when I arrived or left, so more carts would help. If you like bowling, there's an alley right across the street, an easy one-minute walk.
