HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Orlando - Casselberry

The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. I checked in today and TJ made me feel welcome right away. She was such a pleasure to talk with, and her hospitality has me thinking I might extend my stay. Thanks, TJ!

Cheyenne really made the stay for me. They were welcoming and professional, and paid close attention to making sure things went well. Their upbeat attitude and extra effort made a real difference. The hotel is lucky to have them.

We were there for less than ten minutes before leaving. Cockroaches were all over the room, including the floor, bathroom, shower, bed, and nightstand, and some even crawled onto my luggage. I saw eggs on the floor too. I can't help wondering what happens at night when they're most active. This seems like a public health problem, and I found reviews here reporting cockroaches more than a year before my stay. I asked to cancel the reservation. They said they could do that, but told me I had to contact Booking.com, so I did. I was still denied both the cancellation and a refund, even though we couldn't stay at the hotel because of the infestation.

It's been a comfortable, very quiet stay, and I appreciate how the staff have been there whenever I needed help. They handle things professionally, whatever comes up. John in maintenance, Bri the manager, Cheyenne the nighttime manager, and Jessie on nighttime security have all stood out. I really can't say enough about the staff. Thank you all, keep up the great work!
