We stayed in several places on this trip, but drove out of our way to stay here. The beds were super comfortable, and there are good food options nearby that deliver to the hotel. I had two work crews staying here, and we were looked after from the moment we walked in. Ajay Patel, the general manager, sometimes worked the front desk. He remembered my name and greeted me with a smile each time. When our AC stopped working midway through the stay, he promptly moved us to another room and made up for the problem. We travel for work constantly, and I’ve never had better service. The rooms are comfortable and much better than you’d expect. For a great stay, excellent service, and a worry-free time, stay here. Five stars isn’t enough!

It was quiet, and I slept well. A very nice gentleman checked me in and pointed me toward nearby places to get food. The cleanliness was impressive, especially compared with what you might expect at a smaller, locally owned hotel. Cassville Four Seasons was very clean. It’s a good stop for one night or a whole week.

I wouldn’t stay here again after how I was treated. I had a miscarriage and used one of their towels, then was told I had to pay for the damage. My 2-year-old autistic son also peed through his nappy overnight, and they charged me $50 for damage to the sheets. They said they would call the police if I didn’t pay.

The building is older and doesn’t seem to have had recent renovations, but it isn’t run down, and the employees were friendly. The continental breakfast was a joke, though: just coffee and some really dry muffins.

We needed somewhere to stay for a night because of an emergency, and the front desk lady went out of her way to find us rooms with adjoining doors so it would work better for my family. The rooms were clean, which was a nice extra. We got a good night’s rest. I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to share this.
