Deer & Doe by HoneyBearCabins

We had this booked almost two months ahead, but HoneyBearCabins waited until half an hour before we were due to arrive to say the hot tub was out of order. They also told us workers would be coming in and out of the house throughout our entire stay. The deck needs a lot of work before it feels safe, the septic system wasn't working properly and left the whole downstairs smelling like sewage, and the washing machine was broken. HoneyBearCabins already knew about these problems and left the work until the last minute. Their customer service was awful, and they took no responsibility for failing to maintain the property. I won't book with them again and wouldn't recommend them. There are better cabins for less money with hosts who treat guests respectfully.
