We couldn't find anywhere else to stay because every nearby hotel was booked. The room had some good points: the bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, and shops and restaurants were an easy walk away. The fitness area looked clean, and the pool seemed fine. But the room had a lot of problems. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the window took two people to shut properly, and the room door rattled because it didn't sit flush in its frame. The TV worked, but the picture kept changing color and cutting in and out. The temperature controls were awful. I also heard from other guests that they definitely had bed bugs, though it wasn't in my room. There were lots of children staying for a tournament, and a man was smoking weed in the elevator and hallways, watching and following the girls. We told the front desk, but they basically did nothing to help the families and kids feel safe. I'll give an honest review, and that was a really upsetting part of the stay.

Andy checked me in and was super friendly and helpful. The whole staff was fantastic and very accommodating. Our room was really clean, and the lobby, pool area, and rest of the hotel stayed spotless even through a rainy weekend. The hot tub was actually hot, with jets that worked great. At a lot of hotels they're lukewarm or the jets barely do anything. The holiday weekend rates were really low, too. I'll definitely come back for another weekend getaway.

A good choice if you're headed to Hard Rock Casino. There's a shuttle that runs from the hotels in the area, so we didn't have to worry about parking at the casino. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and breakfast was good. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and having an indoor pool and jacuzzi was a nice bonus.

The breakfast has always been very good, and the location works great for us. We've stayed here three or four times over the past year or so, and it's been clean and comfortable every time. The woman at the front desk is really friendly, nice, and helpful.
