Knights Inn Columbia Airport/Cayce

Cockroaches and bedbugs made this the most disgusting hotel I've ever visited. The supposed GM, Jackie, was vulgar and very unprofessional, and I feel she robs guests. When we asked who owned the place, she refused to tell us. She also talked horribly about other employees. I've never seen anything like it. Stay far, far away.

My dad stayed there, and we found a crack pipe. At 1 a.m., a woman knocked on his door asking if he wanted a date and saying she had that "good, good." There are bed bugs, drugs everywhere, people hanging around using them, and prostitutes walking around as if it's normal. I also saw children who were in a terrible situation. This place is horrific and should be condemned. Do not stay here.

I've stayed in some awful hotels, but this one takes the cake. Crumbs were on the bed when I first touched it, and the bed, furniture, and bathroom were disgustingly dirty. The door is broken, the tub stained, the walls cracked, and there's water damage on the ceiling. Everything looks deplorable. I still refuse to pull down the sheets. Call Gordon Ramsey. This shouldn't be legal.

The rooms are nasty, the staff rude, and no one mentioned the bed bugs. I was covered in bites and called to speak with the manager or owner, but was told he wouldn't be in until 11 p.m. The attendant argued with me about the bites and asked why I hadn't said something at checkout. It was Mother's Day, and I had other priorities. I was also told the manager would refuse a refund for my night's stay and argue with me. Fair warning, this isn't worth the "cheap" price.
