SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin Cedar Park

We spent a lot of time around the bright, roomy breakfast and lounge area, and the breakfast had plenty of food with a nice range of choices. Outside, the landscaping looks lovely, and there’s a neat little lake with a walking path around it that’s well worth checking out. Restaurants and shops are all over within walking distance. Our room was laid out nicely, with a very comfortable bed, and the staff were polite, professional, and accommodating from the minute we arrived. The lobby made a great first impression. I can’t picture staying anywhere else when we’re in the area.

The breakfast was amazing, with fresh avocado, egg bites, and tasty oatmeal among the healthy, real-food choices. Staff were kind and accommodating, too. The rooms feel new and are thoughtfully designed. This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. I’d absolutely stay at a SpringHill Suites by Marriott again, 10 out of 10.

The pool is great, and there’s a cute bar area with a friendly bartender. The hotel itself is stylish and really clean, and the staff are polite and professional. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I’m 18 and didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to check into a hotel. When I asked basic questions at the front desk, Janet didn’t try to explain things or help me find a solution. She told me I couldn’t live there and had to find somewhere else to stay. Her dismissive, rude tone made me feel like she thought I was an idiot, and the whole exchange was uncomfortable and frustrating. I expected courtesy and respect and got neither. That interaction left me with a very negative impression, since customer service is such a big part of a hotel stay. I hope management addresses it. Guests shouldn’t be treated that way.
