The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of it, even though some of the tables in the breakfast area were a bit janky. Nothing worth making a fuss over. We had a clean room, friendly desk staff, and a safe area with lots of restaurants. It looked like the room had been recently renovated, with empty spaces where the fire alarm and thermostat should be. The carpet was clean and the TV worked with cable channels. Everything was good. I stay in lots of hotels, so I don’t really understand the bad reviews. This place is fine.

The room was very clean and suited me well. The desk attendant was professional and very nice. If I’m back in the area, I’ll stay here again. It’s pet friendly, with a $50 deposit per night.

For the price, this was a good room. I stayed here twice over the weekend and would recommend it. The bed was a little firmer than I like, but I didn’t wake up sore, so I’ll take that as a win. The desk chairs were rough for catching up on paperwork. I had to use a pillow to sit on or my tailbone started hurting. Breakfast was okay, with juice, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, and a waffle iron. I’ve had much worse.

I work for Hilton and was really disappointed with this hotel. The location felt dangerous, and the service made it hard to feel satisfied. Why would staff enter a room I’d rented without knocking, when Hilton has a no violation policy for a DND sign? The deposit is $50 here, while the Hampton inn on the other side of town charges ten. Most of the hotels down there are garbage, so what can you do.

The room was basic, and the bathroom lighting wasn’t adequate. It covered my basic needs for one night, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. I’ve been to plenty of Hampton Inn/Hilton Hotels, and this check-in felt below par for a Hilton branded property. I wasn’t given the usual information about breakfast hours, the gym, or where things were.
