Staybridge Suites Cedar Rapids North by IHG

After our flight was canceled, we needed a room at the last minute late at night. The staff made it easy and welcomed us warmly after a long day. Our room was spacious and very clean. The price was good compared with most places, and getting there was easy, with plenty of nearby food and shopping. I'll keep this hotel in mind next time I'm in CR.

Kevin at the front desk made the stay for me. His hospitality was unmatched, and he went out of his way to help everything go smoothly. He treated guests like family and clearly takes pride in caring for people. The rooms at Staybridge Suites in Cedar Rapids, Iowa were spotless, the amenities were great, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I'll book here again next trip. That man deserves a raise, he's a rockstar!

The breakfast and the social were both great. We were there for work and needed pet friendly housing, but our room was never cleaned, even after we took the dog out to make it possible. Nothing was replenished either. A package arrived after we had left; they said they'd mail it to me, but it never came.

For work, I stayed here three months. The free laundry and great kitchen were a big plus, and the staff were helpful and nice. I liked the experience enough that I chose another Staybridge for my next stay. It's a really nice, clean place.
