Chris made a tough travel situation feel easy. When a local power outage had filled up many nearby hotels, he welcomed us, handled check-in with care, and was professional and understanding throughout. Our king room was roomy, clean, and comfortable after a couple of long days. The rate felt fair, too, and breakfast was included. We'd gladly stay at the Holiday Inn Express Cedar Springs again, and Chris's service is a big reason why.

The staff were friendly both when we arrived and the next morning, and the woman overseeing breakfast greeted us with a big smile. We were there with family for a funeral on March 28. The room wasn't fancy, but it was modern and had plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports. Breakfast was the usual hotel spread, which I actually like, and it tasted good. I'd stay here again.

The pool and the view were both awesome, and breakfast was spectacular, especially the real bacon and freshly ground, brewed coffee. Our beds were comfy and the rooms clean. The staff were friendly and professional, too. Loved this hotel and will definitely come back and tell people about it when I can.

Breakfast had a good range of tasty, well-prepared food, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room and bed were comfortable and very clean, with the room actually cleaned each day of my stay. There was coffee, tea, and hot cocoa in the lobby around the clock. You could also request a Keurig coffee machine for the room. Highly recommend.

We were heading up to Boyne MI when the weather made it impossible to keep driving, so we called this hotel in a panic. The staff were wonderful and really helped us out. The rate was affordable, and the room was clean and felt safe. Thank you so much!
