Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West ID

Curt, Quin, and Ashlee were so sweet. Our flight unexpectedly arrived early, and they had a room ready ahead of schedule. When they heard I’d gotten a new car, they even gave us a goodie bag. I’ve never had customer service this good, and I’ll recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay here. The rooms were clean and nice too, and no bed bugs! :DDD

I felt safe and welcome at Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West Hotel, and the room was modern, clean, and had the bathtub I wanted. Aedin greeted me warmly on a busy night, helped me check in, and suggested where I could find food late. I’m looking forward to a good night’s sleep and the complimentary breakfast, and I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’d driven five hours to Meridian for a family baby shower the next morning. My first reservation was at a cheap hotel, but the front desk clerk barely spoke to me. My room was at the far end of the second floor, where parking was hard to find and people stood around smoking by the entrance. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs, and the old carpet in the hall and stairway didn’t look clean. The room was okay, but had only a small shower stall, no tub. I’d brought soaking bath salts and was disappointed. When I called to ask about a room with a tub, none were available, but I was able to cancel. The old saying that you get what you pay for felt true. Tired and hungry in an unfamiliar town, I searched for a place with good reviews and a bathtub.

We had such a great time here for my daughter’s birthday and stayed for two nights. Ashlee, the general manager, was especially wonderful. She was out with the staff, helping guests, and everyone was so kind and polite. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better hotel stay. We’ll definitely make the trip back. Thanks for making it so special!

Emily made our early arrival easy. We’d come a day sooner than planned, and I was worried it would throw everything off, but she greeted me with a big smile and said it was no problem. A room was ready in less time than it takes to say a few words, and she handed us the keys. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean. This was our first stay, but we visit our daughter and son-in-law often and have tried plenty of other places. We’re adding this gem to the list. Exceptionally excellent.
