My family and I stayed for one night and had a good time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was my favorite part. Staff were really nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool, though it could use a bit more attention, and the workout area was nice. I’d recommend staying here.

Everyone on staff was wonderful, from the front desk and clerks to the maintenance person and the morning and breakfast hosts. We reported a small problem in the room, and they fixed it quickly. The hotel and grounds felt safe, and the location was very convenient for shopping.

A beat-up parking lot full of potholes leads to a hotel that’s called “new” but isn’t. The place gives off shady vibes. Seems like a great spot if you’re looking for bed bugs.

4/10
The TV and mini fridge both had problems, though staff eventually got them working after I tried calling the desk several times. It was hard to find anyone and getting a response took too long. The carpet in our room was really dirty, and there was what looked like adult fluid sprayed on the end table. The hot tub jets weren't working either. Disappointing.

I only needed someone to heat up my lunch, and the man at the desk was immediately happy to help. That kind of hospitality made a great impression. I'd recommend staying here based on the staff working that day alone.
