WHOLE Family - 4th Ave - Hostel

I left after about three hours because I couldn’t sleep or feel comfortable, and my refund request was denied. I’d booked earlier that day through Expedia and was told check-in instructions would arrive by email within 30 minutes. I contacted them repeatedly that evening but got no reply until 1:00 a.m. I was left outside for more than an hour in the middle of the night. Once inside, other guests yelled at me and were extremely rude. The bunks were child-sized, so I ended up resting in a recliner in the living room. The restroom was dirty, and I saw cockroaches in the shower area. I have video footage that I’ll attach. The poor communication and refusal to address these problems made for a terrible stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel to anyone.
