Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury

We book here whenever we have a family gathering, and the location is handy for dining, shopping, and the other things we need. Last time, they managed to put all four rooms next to each other even though we asked at the last minute. The rooms are clean, breakfast is very decent, and all the staff are helpful and nice. Kudos to Francis and Sandy at the front desk, and to everyone else, for such great service. I'd definitely come back.

I'm in the area for business pretty often, and staying at this hotel has been a good experience. The front desk staff, on both the morning and night shifts, were welcoming and helpful. Of the hotels I've stayed at around here, Hampton Inn has been the best. I am sad the hot tub is gone, but that's how it is.

We were comfortable overall, and the hotel seemed clean. The front desk staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating. I'd asked for a first-floor room near an exit, and that's exactly what they reserved for us. Still, the room felt pricey for the area, especially compared with what we paid at another Hampton Inn near DC. The hot water wouldn't heat up in the morning, and the bathtub hadn't been cleaned, so we couldn't take showers.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the hotel was extremely clean. It's easy to get to lots of places, including wineries, farms, shopping, and other venues. Francis at the front desk was patient and accommodating. He even took a picture of our group in the Halloween Spooky decorated lobby. I'd highly recommend this hotel. We need more employees like Francis who take pride in their job.
